Terminal Manager
Husband and Father to 5 beautiful children. Matthew has been in the industry for over 20 years and served twice in the military. Loves the outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping, old cars, and collecting wolves.
Recruiting
Donte has been affiliated with the trucking industry since 2001 when he started driving tractor-trailers. He drove until 2015. He graduated in 2013 from Lindenwood University with a baccalaureates degree in human resource management. In 2015, he started recruiting truck drivers.
Customer Service
Mike operated, primarily flatbed trucks, over the road and locally from 1993 to 2000. In 2000 – 2007, he started as a CSR for a flatbed company. From 2007-2019, he worked as a driver manager, CSR, and spent 2 years as a shop manager for a different flatbed company. Previous to coming to BTC East, he worked for a van company as Night dispatch.
Fleet Manager
Scott graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing & Management. Scott spent 5 years in heavy construction equipment sales and rentals. He has been apart of the BTC team for 5 months as a Fleet Manager.
Operations Manager
Dayton has six and a half years in the transportation industry. He started his career working for a van carrier as an after-hours fleet manager for a year. He was promoted to be a first shift fleet manager which he did for a year and a half. After that, he moved back to the after-hours team managing the Weekend shift for a year and a half. From there he was promoted to lead the customer service department of that organization. Dayton has a wide range of experience across all aspects of a transportation Company.
Dayton graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA with a degree in Business Administration. Dayton’s interests outside of work are all sports-related, specifically the Iowa Hawkeyes, Minnesota Vikings, and Minnesota Twins.
Recruiting
Chastity has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and has been in the recruitment field for 7 years. She has been with BTC for 1 year.
Sales and Business Manager
Dustin Roberts joined BTC in 2020 as the Sales and Business Development Manager. Dustin has over 10 years of experience in bulk shipping and logistics from the customer perspective. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Supply Chain Management. Dustin enjoys collaborating with others and working to meet the transportation needs of BTC’s customers.
VP of Safety, Compliance, and Recruiting
Sebastian L. Seifarth has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He brings a wealth of customer knowledge to BTC, having been a customer himself for many years. He holds both an MBA and a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing and Sales. Sebastian Seifarth and his team established long-lasting customer relationships with many fortune 500 companies.
